Thefull Jormungandr armor set I believe has the best melee damage output. But you're splitting hairs at that point with a few other top sets. The Blessed Warrior set offers a decent damage boost IIRC. From the game/DLC: The Fallen Hero set is good (with a useful explosive pulse w/ all 5 pieces). The Paladin set offers a good melee damage boost.
