Check your Bluetooth settings: Make sure that Bluetooth is turned on and that your phone is paired with your car's infotainment system. If your phone is paired, try unpairing it and then re-pairing it again. Check for Android Auto app updates: Occasionally, app updates can resolve connectivity issues.
AA version mazda: 1.13. AA version on mobile: 5.4.502264. When I SSH'd I did the following code: 1. df -h. 2. I entered the code to delete the bz.2 files that are clogging the CMU. In the SSH it shows that the used part is only 7%. After SSH'd I restored the CMU to original state and reinstall back AA.
To troubleshoot this issue, it’s recommended to check the volume settings on both your phone and car, ensure a secure connection between the devices, and close any unnecessary apps running in the background. If the problem persists, it may be worth checking if there are any software updates available for your car’s infotainment system.
Nexus 6P running Android 7.1.1, head unit running .441 version. Bluetooth working well, but it freezes, and you have to press the menu to unfreeze it (which I know was mentioned in the OP), but when making a call it takes you to the Mazda phone call screen and doesn't keep you in Android Auto.
Not sure why my infotainment isn't properly using the dimming (Auto day/night) feature depending on time of day. I use Android Auto mostly so I can't say whether the normal Mazda interface neglects to change too. I've had to manually select Day/Night on the menu to get my night mode maps and such to change.
The phone I tried the Android Auto with is Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. I can try it out and look for settings in few hours. I also remember Mi Mix 3 not really working in my car (but I didn‘t have enough time to check the settings and find out why).
Android Auto DPI change with comparison screenshots (70.00.367 vs 74.00.310) In this thread about Mazda Connect firmware 74.00.310, there was mention that the DPI was changed from the older firmwares (actually, the change was in an earlier 74.00.xxx release, but this one didn't undo that change). I couldn't find any comparative photos, so I

Hey! Not really, I didn't get any more issues since then. What I did was pretty much a clean slate start. Reset the MA1 dongle, reset Mazda Infotainment, unpair both Mazda infotainment and Dongle from my phone. Then started over again. Connect dongle to USB, Pair dongle to phone with bluetooth, and I think that's all that was needed.
Disable ‘Media audio’ in Bluetooth settings. After more than a year of music stuttering issues, disabling the ‘Media audio’ option from my 2019 Mazda 3’s Bluetooth device settings finally resolved the issue. This didn’t make immediate sense to me as I thought music used the Bluetooth connection. As it turns out, the USB cable is

I have not been able to get android auto to work unless I clear the cache in Android auto, restart my phone, and plug the cable in after it restarts. Even then it only works about 5-10% of the time. a message does come up on the bottom of the screen saying unable
I would confirm any battery saving apps / settings are turned off. The Mazda charging port is pretty weak - it's not 5v. Do not start up android auto on your phone, closeout everything on your phone, clear cache / memory. Plug it into the usb port.. let the system find android auto itself.
The bug causes Android Auto to freeze after 5 to 10 minutes of driving, and users report that once the problem occurs, the screen of the car becomes completely unresponsive. The app no longer
